- Plan and prepare for service and maintenance of screens
- Obtain, interpret and confirm work requirements
- Access, interpret and apply documentation required to service and maintain screens
- Identify, address and report potential hazards, risks and environmental issues and implement control measures according to workplace procedures
- Select and wear personal protective equipment appropriate to the work activities
- Obtain and interpret emergency procedures, and be prepared for emergency situations
- Set up and schedule work according to workplace procedures
- Coordinate activities with relevant personnel prior to commencement of, during, and on completion of the work
- Carry out service and repairs of screens
- Carry out inspection of screens, fault find and report outcomes
- Select, check for faults and use appropriate servicing and maintenance tools
- Select and operate servicing and maintenance items
- Carry out servicing and maintenance of screens
- Dispose of waste, including used oil, lubricants and other materials according to workplace procedures
- Check for faults, return and secure all tools and re-usable items according to workplace procedures
- Process written maintenance records according to workplace procedures
